How does Best Rate Guarantee work?
Book a 7-Night Resort Rental accommodation either online or by calling 844-367-6433. If you find a qualifying lower rate (base price, plus booking fee(s) and taxes) on another public U.S.-based, please complete a Best Rate Guarantee Claim Request.
Please note that guidelines and restrictions apply to the Guarantee so make sure to read full terms available here before submitting your claim. The completed claim form and support documentation must be sent by 11:59 PM EST on or before the fifth day after you completed your booking.
TripBeat will carefully review your claim and if your request is approved, we’ll refund the difference between the rate you paid and the qualifying lower rate.

The person booking the travel must be at least 21 years of age or older. The resort or property manager may otherwise refuse access to the reserved accommodation.
Most of the resort accommodations price options are for 7-night stays, except for Short Stays, which are typically available for 3- or 4-night stays. However, you don’t have to stay all 7 nights. You can choose to check-in a few days late or check-out a few days early. Simply contact the resort in advance to notify them of your desired schedule changes. Although the price won’t change and you will still be paying for the full week, it is still a fantastic deal!
Vacations at most resorts are booked with Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in dates.
Many of the resort condo rentals offer handicapped-accessible accommodations. Please look for following descriptions:

We understand our customer needs vary greatly and each property is different. It is best to contact one of our Vacation Guides at 844-367-6433 before booking. We will gladly contact resorts in your preferred destination and identify any resorts which can accommodate you.
For the most part, pets are not allowed on property. However, a select few resort condo rentals do allow pets for an additional fee. Please contact the resort to check on their pet policy before bringing any pets with you.

Units may become available anywhere from 3 to 360 days in advance of the scheduled check-in date. As soon as they become available, they can be reserved. A location may be available in the morning, but gone by afternoon. We encourage you to search our website or call a Vacation Guide who can assist you with finding your desired vacation.
You can do so by logging into your account, then select "My Reservations", or call 844-367-6433.
You will receive a full refund if a reservation is cancelled within the grace period which is within 24 hours of when a booking is made unless the reservation is made within 3 days of check in.
If a booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total reservation cost.
If a booking is cancelled between 15 and 60 days prior to the scheduled check in date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the scheduled check-in date, there will be no refund made.
No refunds will be given for no-shows, early check-outs, or late check-ins. The property is not authorized to make any exceptions.

You will receive confirmation via email. Make sure that you enter an accurate email address when booking your accommodations. Please print the confirmation and bring it with you when you travel. All reservations must be pre-paid. Reservations must be booked with a major credit card. A debit/check card with a major credit card company is not an eligible form of payment for booking a reservation.
Taxes are included in the final price, unless otherwise indicated. Additional fees for housekeeping and other amenities vary by resort and will be assessed upon check-in. If the property you want to book does require a deposit, it will be mentioned within the property description and in your confirmation email.
